I have shopped here several times and always had great service. I ordered disposable vinyl gloves, urinals, special medical soaps, powder. Unfortunately Covid-19 has made it impossible to get disposable gloves or soaps due to the shortage of these supplies right now. But they do offer so many other medical supplies at a very good discount. Hopefully the pandemic will eventually be contained in the future because I would definitely go here first to check their prices of medical supplies.
I’ve given 3 stars because I get many emails giving me discount codes by vitality & when I go to use them the free shipping & codes such as Drop10 are not applied & I always buy over ‘$50

The customer service rep that I talked to was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. I keep Vitality Medical in my cell phone now so that I can buy from you again and again.
Found the the product I needed with the best pricing. Made the purchase and the shipping was quick.

This has not been a good experience. I bought the Inogen g5, and it did not work right from the start. It takes a couple of days to get the process started for the return. I had to get the manufacturer involved, now, I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the paperwork to process, and then wait for the shipping.
Vitality medical makes me feel like I am a problem rather than a customer!
Out of Stock item was not cancelled and refunded.
I bought the 3 inch foam eggcrate and I left it laying flat for six days and some of it never opened up. It also never reached 3 inches. It is not as soft as others that I have had...it actually feels stiff.
Great variety of top of the line products for wound healing. Easy and customer friendly website.

I am just trying to order a gbutton for my baby girl. I cannot rely on my DME AT ALL. My daughter currently has NO back up g button (despite asking and waiting for months) and the Mini Ones pop easily. I was excited to order one only to find out AFTER I made the purchase that I need a prescription. So unprofessional not to let new customers know BEFORE ordering that a script is needed!!! Now who know HOW long I will wait to get that button. Plus, I paid for expedited shipping. I want a refund and my money back. Ridiculous!!!!
They sneak in sales tax at end of order for orders shipped to other states.
